Vision, Mission and Values

Established in 1989, the DSD is one of the departments under the Development Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We focus on providing professional and high quality sewage and stormwater drainage services. The DSD is determined to drive sustainable development in Hong Kong. By incorporating sustainability concepts into our “Vision, Mission and Values”, we work together to combat challenges brought by climate change and urban development.
