Rehabilitation of Trunk Sewers in Kowloon, Shatin and Sai Kung
Project Scope
The project scope comprises -
(i) rehabilitation of a 400 m long sewer along Lung Cheung Road near Ngau Chi Wan;
(ii) rehabilitation of a 1 km long sewer from Kwei Chow Street to To Kwa Wan preliminary treatment works;
(iii) rehabilitation of a 50 m long sewer along Yuen Wo Road near Sha Tin sewage pumping station;
(iv) rehabilitation of a 200 m long submarine sewer across Sai Kung Hoi linking Sai Kung Town and Tui Min Hoi;
(v) associated sewerage works and ancillary works.
Major Improvements and Benefits
The rehabilitation works will adequately improve the reliability of the concerned parts of the sewerage network
