In December 2007, DSD
launched the New Vision, Mission, and Values of the department,
which was one of the strategic management initiatives to address
the escalating demand from the general public on improvement of
drainage services and its environmental performance. An important
element of the new Vision is to enable the sustainable development
of Hong Kong. |
