Mr. Albert LAM joined the Hong Kong Government as an Administrative Officer in 1986 and has served in various bureaux and departments. Before assuming the post of Deputy Director of Environmental Protection in March 2008, he was Deputy Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury in 2005-2008.
