DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 20/2024 (DS) “San Tin Effluent Polishing Plant – Design and Construction”

The Drainage Services Department signed a consultancy agreement of about $57.00 million on 30 September 2024 with Binnies – Arup Joint Venture for undertaking the design and construction for San Tin Effluent Polishing Plant.
The consultancy agreement adopts New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Professional Services Contract (PSC) Option C. The consultancy agreement will last for about 144 months.
