The Hong Kong Economic Times interviewed DSD on the application of “Design Thinking” in the Shek Wu Hui Effluent Polishing Plant Project

Senior Engineer Mr LAU Wing-wah and Engineer Ms Konica CHEUNG Wing-yan of DSD gave an interview to the Hong Kong Economic Times online platform on 19 November 2020 to share the way DSD applies Design Thinking in the planning of the Shek Wu Hui Effluent Polishing Plant project, to achieve a people-oriented planning and design.
During the interview, Mr LAU introduced the background for adopting Design Thinking in the design and planning of the project and how this approach can effectively assist in addressing the demands of various stakeholders; while Ms CHEUNG shared the implementation of Design Thinking, as well as the challenges encountered and the experience gained.
