DSD awarded Contract No. DC/2018/07 “Shek Wu Hui Effluent Polishing Plant – Main Works Stage 1 – Civil Works for Sewage Treatment Facilities”

The Drainage Services Department signed a works contract of about $952 million with Kwan Lee – Chun Wo Join Venture on 21 November 2019. The works include civil works for sewage treatment facilities (including inlet works no. 1, primary sedimentation tanks, bioreactors, pre-treatment screen chamber, membrane tanks and building no. 2, and associated buildings); and construction of other ancillary facilities including road works, pipeworks, etc. This 53-month works contract commenced on 18 November 2019.
