DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 42/2018 (DS) “Drainage Improvement Works in Wong Tai Sin and Kowloon City – Investigation”

The Drainage Services Department (DSD) signed a $8.5 million consultancy agreement on 5 November 2019 with Black & Veatch Hong Kong Limited for undertaking the investigation for the Drainage Improvement Works in Wong Tai Sin and Kowloon City. 

The consultancy agreement adopts “Processional Services Contract” type of the New Engineering Contract (NEC). Its scope comprises review, site investigation, impact assessments and preliminary design for the drainage improvement works in Wong Tai Sin and Kowloon City. The consultancy agreement will last for about 21 months.
