SDEV's Blog: Interview of DSD Engineer CHEN Ka-yin

DSD Engineer Mr CHEN Ka-yin introduced the rehabilitation of underground stormwater drains and sewers, and the use and advantages of trenchless rehabilitation technologies employed in the project in the blog of The Secretary for Development.

During the interview, Mr CHEN also explained the construction operation of the project and showcased the temporary shaft and the glass reinforced plastic pipe used for the rehabilitation at the project site in To Kwa Wan.
