The scope of project comprises the construction of –

1. 2.6 kilometres long main drainage tunnel with inner diameter of 4.5 metres;
2. Six stormwater intake structures and associated drop shafts and adits connecting to the main drainage tunnel;
3. An outfall portal structure at Pak Sha Wan; and
4. Associated reinstatement, drainage, road and slope works

The project will relieve the flood risk in Eastern District
